Who this notice covers
This notice describes the Wintershine website, not data processing inside a client project. Wintershine is the public-facing name for a United States-based service in preparation. No registered entity or state has been confirmed. The legal operator must be identified before public launch. Client work requires a separate agreement and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.
Your project brief stays with you
The project brief builder uses the project name, service selection and objective you type to create a text file in your browser. It does not send those fields to Wintershine, an AI provider or a form service. The fields remain in the open dialog until you close it or reload the page. Your downloaded file remains on your device until you delete it. Please leave out passwords, credentials, medical information and other confidential or sensitive records.
Website delivery
Your browser requests pages, fonts, images and video from the server hosting this site. A hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the site. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network requests to deliver and protect the site. Hosting and security log retention and processing locations are governed by the applicable Cloudflare services and policies; we have not configured a separate visitor analytics service.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The current application does not set cookies, use local or session storage, or include analytics, advertising pixels, account registration or payment processing. Fonts and media are served with the site. This describes the application code; production hosting must also be checked. See Cookies & storage for details.
Email inquiries
The brief builder is not a contact submission form. If you email [email protected], the message may include your name, email address, project information and anything else you choose to share. It is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Your email service and the receiving mail provider process the message. The owner must confirm the mail provider, access controls and retention schedule before launch. Do not include confidential client data in an initial inquiry.
External links
External links open third-party websites governed by their own notices. No inquiry is sent to an AI model by this website. Client project data and any future AI processing require separate scoping and disclosures.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without creating an account, avoid optional external links and delete local downloads. Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where used, and complain to a supervisory authority. Send privacy requests to [email protected]. Applicable identity checks, response periods and legal grounds for processing must be confirmed before public launch.
Changes and scope
This notice is dated 10 October 2026. Adding a contact service, analytics, payments, AI submissions or new hosting changes the information flow and requires review of this notice before those features go live. The current website is intended to describe business technology services, not to collect information from children.
